Yin Yoga: Explore subtle layers of the body and breath. This style of yoga develops and maintains suppleness in the muscles as well as the joints, increases strength and vitality in all systems of the body, cultivates sensitivity to, and a re-balances and refines the energy body. Yin Yoga is a quiet, deep practice where the postures are held for 3-5 minutes. Postures range from passive to mildly active with a focus on the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine.

Yoga Bliss: Restorative Yoga: Drop into a state of bliss, pure relaxation and complete peace! We’ll utilize props to support the body in postures that encourage relaxation and allow a deeper state of internal peace. This class is perfect for people interested in a more meditative style of yoga, those struggling with chronic stress and tension, and anyone looking for a deeper experience in yoga as a healing modality.
